Sterling silver may tarnish with exposure to air, water, or chemicals — but it’s completely normal and reversible with proper care. We recommend storing your jewellery in a dry pouch and avoiding perfumes or moisture.
Can I customize my jewellery?

When will my order ship?

No, custom-made or personalized jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we allow one-time exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The exchanged item must meet our return eligibility criteria. Please read the Refund Policy carefully for details regarding exchanges.
