All jewellery sold on Gajmoti is crafted from certified 925 sterling silver. Due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our designs, slight variations may occur between pieces.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders & Payments

  • We accept secure online payments through our partnered payment gateways.

  • For custom orders or bulk purchases, advance payment is required as per the agreed terms.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ship orders within the estimated delivery timeframes displayed at checkout. However, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

  • Shipping is free on all orders PAN India.

  • Once an item is handed over to the courier, risk of loss and ownership passes to the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Customised jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • A complete unboxing video (showing all sides of the sealed package) is mandatory to claim any damage-related refund or exchange.

7. Warranty & Authenticity

All Gajmoti pieces are hallmarked and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity for 925 silver. However, we do not offer warranties against:

  • Damage due to mishandling, wear and tear, improper storage, or chemical exposure.

  • Tarnishing caused by perfumes, water, sweat, or environmental factors.

Care instructions are available on the product page or upon request.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product names, and designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of Gajmoti and Akshayanidhi Jewels LLP.
