  • Claims related to personal preference, sizing issues, minor colour variations, or normal wear & tear are not eligible.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, invoice, and authenticity certificate must be returned intact.

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return, exchange, or damage claims.

  • The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed courier package is opened.

  • No cuts, pauses, or edits are allowed.

  • It must clearly show the outer packaging, product, and all sides.
